Will Irvine
Will co-founded Lighthouse to serve both contractors and clients, bringing 25+ years of experience across UK and Bermuda commercial, residential, industrial, and tourism projects. Detail-oriented, he enjoys getting into the design to make sure fully developed plans are executed well on site. Urban Planning, UC San Diego; APMP, University College London.
Nik Smale
Nik joined Lighthouse in 2022 and became co-founder of Lighthouse Project Services. With an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and a career spanning design engineering, project management, and CIO/COO roles leading major business transformations, Nik brings expertise in planning, managing, and delivering complex projects of every type.
